Terms of Service

Last Updated:

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to www.guracorp.net (the “Site”) and purchases from the GURACORP® store. By using the Site or completing a store order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site and do not buy.

GURACORP® is a concept design studio based in the Netherlands (“GURACORP®”, “we”, “us”). Related marks include GURA® and GRD®. Store mail: store@guracorp.net.

1. Related documents

These documents form part of your agreement with GURACORP® where they apply:

If a signed commercial agreement with GURACORP® conflicts with these Terms, that written agreement governs for that engagement only. For store purchases, these Terms and the applicable license govern.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or place an order. If you buy a firearm accessory or other age-restricted hardware, you also represent that you are of legal age in the place you live, that you may legally purchase and possess the item there, and that you are not prohibited from doing so.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, email, and (where collected) phone number. We may cancel an order if we cannot verify eligibility, if we cannot legally fulfil it, if stock is gone, or if we suspect fraud or unlawful use.

3. The store

The store sells two kinds of product:

  • Software / digital — downloads, CAD, courses, and similar files. Free items are licensed under the Free Asset License. Paid digital items are licensed under the EULA.
  • Hardware / physical — manufactured goods and merch (including GURA® firearm accessories and GURA® patches). Hardware is a sale of goods under these Terms, not a software license.

Renders, studio stills, field photographs, video, CFD notes, and marketing copy describe design intent. They are not a guarantee of a particular ballistic result, recoil reduction, flash signature, reliability, point of impact, or fitness for a specific firearm, barrel, ammunition, or use. You must read the specifications on the product page before buying.

Inventory is finite. Listing a product does not reserve stock until checkout completes and payment is confirmed.

4. Digital products

Paid digital products are delivered by download or by email retrieval after payment. Free digital products are delivered after you accept the Free Asset License.

By ticking the checkout box for a paid digital product you request immediate performance and acknowledge that once delivery begins you lose any 14-day withdrawal right that would otherwise apply to unused digital content (including under EU consumer law). Delivery begins when we send the retrieval mail or otherwise make the files available.

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, paid digital sales are final once delivery begins. No refund, exchange, or credit is owed because you changed your mind, lack the software to open the files, already knew the method, or did not read the product page.

5. Hardware

Hardware ships only to destinations we list on the product page. There are two fulfilment paths:

  • United States–origin hardware (including GURA® firearm accessories). These items are manufactured in the United States and stored in the United States. They are sold only to customers with a United States shipping address and are dispatched from US inventory. They never enter the Netherlands or the EU. GURACORP® does not export these items from the Netherlands.
  • Netherlands–origin hardware (including GURA® merch). These items ship from the Netherlands. Shipping is charged from the destination you select at checkout.
  • The listed product price may or may not include shipping — the product page controls.
  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carriers, customs, and weather can delay a parcel.
  • Import duties, VAT, brokerage, and customs clearance are yours unless the product page says otherwise.
  • Risk of loss passes when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave, except where mandatory consumer law says risk passes later.
  • If you give a wrong or incomplete address, refused-delivery and return-to-sender costs are yours.
  • Inspect the parcel on arrival. Transit damage or a short shipment must be reported to store@guracorp.net promptly, with photographs, and in any event within 14 days of delivery.

6. Firearm accessories

Some GURA® hardware is a muzzle device or similar firearm accessory. It is sold as an accessory only. It is not a firearm, not a complete weapon, and not offered as a suppressor or other NFA item. These accessories are manufactured in the United States, held in US inventory, and sold only to United States shipping addresses. They do not touch Dutch soil and are not an export from the Netherlands or the EU. Classification under US law where you live is your responsibility. GURACORP® does not give legal, ATF, or compliance advice.

By buying such an item you represent and agree that:

  • You may legally buy, possess, install, and use it where you live and where you will use it.
  • You will verify thread pitch, caliber rating, material, dimensions, and compatibility with the host firearm before installation.
  • Installation should be performed by a competent gunsmith. Incorrect install, damaged threads, or an incompatible host can cause injury or death.
  • You will not use a damaged, modified-beyond-spec, or incorrectly installed device.
  • Firearms and muzzle devices carry inherent risk. You assume that risk.
  • You will not use the item in a crime, transfer it to a prohibited person, or export it in violation of law.
  • Product copy about sight picture, climb, recoil, flash, or CFD describes design intent. It is not a promised performance outcome and not a safety certification.

GURACORP® is not responsible for your ammunition, barrel condition, host firearm, installation, maintenance, or use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you indemnify GURACORP®, GURA®, GRD®, and our officers and contractors against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your purchase, possession, installation, modification, use, or resale of a firearm accessory — including injury to you or a third party — except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or by liability that cannot be excluded.

7. Payments

Checkout is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Prices are shown in the currency on the product page (typically EUR). Taxes appear at checkout where Stripe collects them. An order is not accepted until payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order and refund the payment if fulfilment is not possible.

8. Refunds, withdrawal, and defects

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory law — including statutory consumer rights in the EU/EEA and the Netherlands.

Digital. After delivery begins, sales are final except where mandatory law requires a remedy. See section 4.

United States–only hardware. Change-of-mind returns are not offered. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email store@guracorp.net within 14 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. Do not return a firearm accessory without written instructions from us.

Hardware shipped from the Netherlands (including merch). If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a 14-day withdrawal right for unused goods from the day you receive them, unless an exception applies (for example custom-made goods). To withdraw, email store@guracorp.net within that period. You return the unused item at your cost, in sellable condition, with proof of purchase. We refund the product price after we receive it; shipping you paid may be refunded as required by law. Outside the EU/EEA, change-of-mind returns are not offered. Damaged, defective, or not-as-described goods: contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Statutory conformity. If hardware is defective or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund under applicable law (including EU conformity rules). That is separate from change-of-mind returns.

A refund does not automatically restore store inventory. Chargebacks and payment disputes for delivered digital goods or received hardware will be contested with proof of sale, delivery, and your checkout acceptance. Abuse of chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, its contents, and the names GURACORP®, GURA®, and GRD® are owned by GURACORP® or licensed to GURACORP®. Buying hardware gives you the physical object, not a brand license. You may not use GURACORP®, GURA®, or GRD® as your company, product, or brand identity. Digital files are licensed, not sold, under the EULA or Free Asset License as applicable.

10. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms the service, upload malware, or use the Site or any product for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access or refuse service if you do.

11. Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all store products are provided “as is” and “as available.” GURACORP® disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such a disclaimer is not allowed. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free files, or that hardware will achieve any particular performance.

Mandatory statutory warranties and conformity rights survive.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GURACORP®’s total liability arising out of a store purchase is limited to the amount you paid GURACORP® for that product (excluding shipping, except where mandatory law requires shipping to be included). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; or business interruption.

This limit does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where that exclusion is forbidden, fraud, or mandatory product-liability rules.

13. Fulfilment geography and sanctions

United States–origin firearm accessories. These are a domestic US sale. We ship them only inside the United States from US inventory. GURACORP® does not export them from the Netherlands or the EU, and we do not ship them outside the United States. If you later take or send an item out of the United States, that movement is yours and you are responsible for any law that applies.

Hardware shipped from the Netherlands, and digital downloads. You are responsible for import, customs, and sanctions rules at your destination. We may refuse or cancel an order that we believe would violate sanctions or similar laws.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last Updated” date will change. The version in force when you complete checkout applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after a change is acceptance of the new Terms for that use.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you keep any mandatory protections of that country. Otherwise, the competent courts of the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms, the applicable license, the product page, and your checkout confirmation are the entire agreement for that store order.
