End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) applies to paid GURACORP® software, design courses, tutorials, and paid digital asset packs purchased from the GURACORP® store or delivered under a written GURACORP® engagement that points to this EULA.

Hardware, merch, and other physical goods are sold under the Terms of Service, not licensed under this EULA. Free store downloads are licensed under the Free Asset License, not this EULA. The Terms of Service also apply to every store purchase.

By completing a paid digital purchase or downloading paid files you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not buy or download.

License

GURACORP® retains all copyright and other intellectual property. GURACORP® grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased digital deliverables for the scope described on the product page (or in a written engagement). Unless the product page says otherwise, that scope is your own personal or internal commercial use — including study, practice, and application of techniques in your work.

You may not reverse engineer except where mandatory law allows it; redistribute, rent, or resell the files or course videos as a standalone product; share login or retrieval links; or use GURACORP®, GURA®, or GRD® as your brand identity.

The license is revocable if you materially breach this EULA and do not cure after notice, or if cure is not possible. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where mandatory law requires one.

Delivery and refunds

All sales of digital products are final once delivery begins, except where mandatory law requires a remedy. Digital products — including design courses, video tutorials, asset packs, and downloadable files — are a knowledge transfer and/or a file delivery. By completing checkout you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any 14-day withdrawal right once we send the retrieval mail or otherwise make the files available.

• No refund, exchange, or credit will be issued for change of mind, duplicate purchase, or lack of required software after delivery has begun.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered digital products will be contested with proof of delivery and your checkout acceptance.
• You are responsible for reviewing the product page before purchasing.

GURACORP® may update course or pack contents. Access to previously purchased files may change when we must replace a host, fix a defect, or retire a retrieval method. That is not a new sale and not a ground for refund by itself.

Warranty and liability

Paid digital products are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. GURACORP® does not warrant that files will open in every application version or that following a course will produce a particular commercial result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GURACORP®’s total liability arising out of a digital purchase is limited to the amount you paid GURACORP® for that product. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
